  • Daphtoxkit F (TK33) The acute toxicity test with Daphnia magna is a 24-48h bioassay based on the immobility of the test organisms, with calculation of the EC50.
  • Ceriodaphtoxkit F (TK35)The acute toxicity test with Ceriodaphnia dubia is a 24h bioassay based on the mortality of the test organisms, with calculation of the 24h EC50.
  • Thamnotoxkit F (TK31)The freshwater Thamnocephalus platyurus toxicity test is a 24h bioassay based on the mortality of the test organisms, with calculation of the 24h LC50.
  • Algaltoxkit F (TK41)The freshwater algae toxicity test is a 72h bioassay based on growth inhibition of the freshwater microalgae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, with calculation of the 72h EC50.
  • Ducweed Toxkit F (TK63)The Spirodela duckweed toxicity test is a 72h bioassay based on the growth inhibition of the ¡°first frond¡± of Spirodela polyrhiza after 3 days of exposure to a dilution series of the toxicant, with calculation of the 72h EC50. You can determine growth inhibition of the duckweed by area measurement of the first frond with the aid of digital image analysis.
